Oxford Online Pharmacy Shoppers Guide
I have to say I didn’t have an easy time trying to reduce the RRP prices on Oxford Online Pharmacy. Although if you’re a first time customer, by sharing your email address they will send you an online code that gives 20% off first orders, not a bad start I suppose. The email route turned out to be a breath of fresh air; the 20% off voucher code came through in a crack. Within a week I’d received a £5 discount off an online consultation and because we were approaching Black Friday weekend along came a £10 reduction off the same consultancy service what a result!
Oxford Online Pharmacy uses 4 different social media channels for their promotional activities. Facebook proved pretty fruitless by enlarge with little more than a competition with a chance to win a £75 Amazon voucher. They do offer a lot of health and wellbeing tips but nothing much in the way of discounts.
Twitter offered pretty much the same experience and Google+ was poorly updated, with the last post dating back to 2015. YouTube offered health advice videos but nothing else, a useful resource but fruitless for vouchers and deals.
Online search throws up a number of voucher code directories offering anything up to 50% although this is made up of mainly RRP discounts off the prescription only medication. Believe it or not this site is the only one offering a valid code giving a £10 and £5 saving on online consultations.
To summarize – Email subscription outstrips all the other channels for offering the latest , exclusive deals. Newsletters are released on a regular basis and are the best way to keep abreast with news and savings. Social media is a great way of keeping up with health and lifestyle tips so don’t discount this altogether as a point of contact.
