Bathstore Review
The Bath Store has a modern website with plenty of images and colour. There are sections that quickly draw the attention of the visitor to put the products first, and an easy to use search bar to make it extremely easy for the user to find exactly what they came for.
As well as an easy to use top menu, there’s a small side menu that could get in the way on a small mobile device. However, it is useful and makes it very quick to get quotes, find out more about the business, and get a brochure. It can be difficult to find exactly what you want on the homepage. There’s just so much to look at that it becomes overwhelming. Just where does a person start? It could lead to people missing out on some great deals and offers because they just simply don’t know where to look! Right at the bottom there are tutorials and blog posts, but many users may never know because they don’t go that far down.
Usability the top is good but the site could do with some work to declutter and make it easy to find everything you could possibly need. At least the store and product locators are easy to find and use.
