The Virgin Media shop page is large and initially looks quite overwhelming. It is difficult to know where to look, especially when the Live Chat function pops up at the side and takes time to load. However, everything you could possibly need is displayed on the page. The main deals for common needs are prominently displayed, making it very easy to just click and move on. The menu is also clear, so people can find exactly what they need in no time.
The downside is a lack of search bar. You need to navigate around the website. The only search is a postcode, but this is important to make sure Virgin Media is available in your area.
Contacting the company is right next to the postcode search and very clear where the link will lead. The use of the telephone makes it clear that there is the ability to get in touch with a real customer service representative. There is also a very clear store search, making it possible for someone to go into talk to representatives.
It takes a while to adjust, but overall the website offers a clear picture of everything available and makes it easy to get in touch with support.
