Snaptrip.com list a massive, I mean massive amount of holiday cottages and apartments throughout England and Scotland. Finding a property is made easy by the handy search facility which means you can find a holiday in minutes. Just pop in the destination, check in time, number of nights and guests then click search. Pet friendly options are available by clicking the checkbox before the search. If you’re like me and don’t like to travel too far then you can search by driving time. Just pop in your postcode and driving time and the usual details to find the properties in the distance range.
Quick links to great deals
Scrolling down the page there are lots of ‘quick links’ offering a fast track to the type of accommodation you might be looking for from family apartments to apartments with wifi. Right below this section lies the quick link to all the deals, this is the magic link I’ve been looking for. This takes users directly to the offer properties. The details are pre-filled with some basic information to get you started and is ordered by popularity, all this can be changed to suit. I do like the price slider to set the option by a range of prices to keep within your budget. On the left side there’s a handy map that shows all the available properties by location.
Smart checkout
To checkout just hit the ‘start booking’ button at the property details page. The checkout has a smart and intuitive layout allowing users to add a pet, modify the party size and number of children. The personal details entry is so un-confusing and a breeze to fill out with the large and well ordered form. Voucher codes or special requests can be added here if you have one. There’s an option to sign up to receive special offers by email for potential discounts off future bookings.If you need to call the customer services team the number is conveniently provided at the bottom of the form.
Paypal as an option
I an unusual stroke Paypal is given as a payment option, uncommon for a booking site but great for customers. You can also pay by traditional methods such as debit and credit card.
