Naketano.com Review
The Naketano homepage is certainly one of the most minimalistic I have come across. There are no products to see or pushy sales promotions but simply 4 options to choose from, men, women, new and sale. These choices take users to the 4 categories of the webstore, it is certainly easy on the eye and gets you directly where you need to be without a fuss. I have to say that the product range extends to the same minimalistic with a uniformed style, especially with the jacket, fleece and hoody range, much of it having the distinctive Naketano look.
More on the categories which is simply to follow, in fact it is 6 categories with the sale and new pages splitting into men and women. The full priced and sales items aren’t mixed and are kept completely separate which does make it easier to search in my opinion. Apart from language selection and account access all the help and information links reside on the footer area menu. Here you can find the full customer service contact details including full postal address, telephone number and email.
Selecting a product opens up an extended view with selections for colour, size and provides total cost and delivery estimates. There’s a handy care instruction guide to provide care and washing information before you buy and you’ll know what you’re dealing with on the laundry side. The cart page gives a breakdown of the cost including VAT and also details the shipping cost which in this case was low for shipping to the UK. The downside is that voucher codes can’t be added here and can only be redeemed at the payment stage. I’ve included a cart preveiw below which includes an example of promo code entry.
Payment can be made by Paypal and the usual debit/credit card with no additional fees for either method. Returns are accepted post free from most European countries.
