Early Learning Centre Review
First thing to notice here is the brand look change, no longer the triangular logo but replaced by a simple word style logo. The menu bar has all the categories listed but I can’t help think that the font may be a little small, especially for users with poor sight. Nevertheless the menu bar is clear in description with a homepage option. A toy finder tool can be found on the left hand side of the page allowing users to find toys by age, gender and price which help narrow things down a bit. All the main offers can be found in the form of clickable large homepage banners. Above that the service offers show free delivery, free returns and click and collect options.
Site contact information can’t be found in detail on the main homepage but can be found on the footer links. Clicking the link gives you all the information including phone numbers, postal address and email details. Social page links can be found above the footer on the homepage with the newsletter signup field.
All products can be viewed using quick view and added to the basket. Images are crisp, clear and quick loading. At the basket you can review the price, delivery cost and options. Voucher codes can be added here but difficult to find above the payment options. Payment options are as standard by debit, credit card or by Paypal checkout. Standard delivery is available on orders, 3-5 days, as is next day delivery at an extra charge. You can also click and collect from store for free. Concluding, there’s nothing really bad about the ELC web store and has some good touches like the online catalogue and the comprehensive FAQ help pages.
