Nokia Health Review
There is a huge focus on using technology for your health and Nokia is jumping on the bandwagon. Nokia Health offers a range of watches, scales and more.
Modern Site, Easy to Browse
Sometimes you’re not sure what you want. Nokia Health makes it easy to browse through the site with a non-intrusive design. You can scroll up and down the homepage and use the clear menu at the top to browse the products.
If you do know what you want, it’s easy to find something. The search function is clearly labeled and highly accurate.
While many sites have a popup to push their newsletter, Nokia doesn’t. There is an option to sign up in the middle of the homepage, but no clear benefits to you (such as a promo code). In fact, there are no clear offers on the site, keeping it modern and simple.
If you do have a voucher code to use then these can be entered directly at the basket stage. Just click on the ‘Add a coupon code’ link to drop down the text field, add the code and click OK – simple as that.
Getting in Touch with Someone Harder Than Most Sites
Unfortunately, the contact options need some work. There’s a Support section, which then encourages you to think about your needs before getting in touch. This can help get you to the right section of Customer Support, but it doesn’t make it easy to talk to someone. You can go through pages and still not get an actual contact number or email address!
The social media pages are clearly labeled though. Facebook and Twitter are active social media profiles, so you should be able to get answers to your questions directly through them.
Nokia wants you to improve your life and health, and not just through tech. The site offers a blog, which goes through tips on improving your lifestyle for better health and promotes individual apps and products available.
