On first glance to site appearance has the look and feel of a nursery classroom wall with the background wallpaper of the homepage. But hey I do like it… the line drawn picture of the cartoon airplane, clouds and city landscapes all give it a feel of trust and leave no question about the offering about what the site is all about.
Booking is a cinch with a very obvious call to action right in front of your face. All it asks is for you to do is pop in your arrival and pick up dates and time of day, choice of airport and they have made it as simply as pie to add a promo code as it’s right there at the end of the booking bar. Once you’re done just hit the ‘find a parking space’ button and wait for the prices to drop.
The information side of the site is very accessible, the customer service hotline is very prominent at the very top of the page. Looking further down the page to fhr footer menu there it is again along with the full postal address, email contact address and the telephone number again. For security the site is sitelock secure and has the added protection of a security certificate, a must these days for complete confidence when paying and logging in online.
Popping in your dates drops a search page showing all the available services and prices, the cheapest price shown at the top. I also tested the promo code function and seems to work perfectly with the 30% discount taken off all the prices. This search dropped 5 different price and service options for Edinburgh Airport. The checkout stage gives a summary of the cost and shows any booking fee, in this case a small fee was shown plus a review of the travel dates. You can pay extra for text or postal confirmation, but I have to say that an email will be sufficient and you shouldn’t have to pay for the privilege. Payment can be made by debit/credit card or by paypal.
